5 Axis Laser Cutting

CNC precision LASER cutting is a very cost-effective method for manufacturing  orders made from  sheet metal. Utilising 5 axis of movements enables our machine to cut any profile in any angle, giving freedom to manufacture a wide variety of components. CNC laser cutting technology, which stands for ‘computer numerical control’, uses a LASER programmed by a computer to cut materials. SCL produces finished parts and components with smoother surface finishes and less oxidisation to the laser cut edge due to using nitrogen as a cutting gas, this practically gives burr-free holes and edges, while generating less material waste compared to conventional stamping processes. SCL consistently delivers cost-competitive high quality LASER cut parts. producing parts with nitrogen removes the problems associated with oxygen cutting of steels when a painted or powder-coated finish is required on the final product. when cutting  steel with oxygen a thin layer of carbon buildup is left behind on the cut edge of the steel that is not an ideal surface for paint adhesion leaving a flaky and undesired finish.  Our skilled CNC precision laser cutting Cell will process custom sheet metal jobs quickly and accurately.  


The TRUMPF LASERCELL cuts complex parts Burr-free using Nitrogen so there is minimal oxidisation of the laser cut edge.
